WT is providing cost management services for the JFK Terminal 4 Office Renovation project, known as “Building Forward.” This initiative aims to modernize and consolidate JFKIAT’s administrative offices to better align with contemporary work models and organizational growth.
The renovation encompasses approximately 15,700 square feet, focusing on creating a Joint Operations Center (JOC) and implementing flexible, unassigned workspaces managed through a hot desk reservation system.
The design emphasizes space optimization, future scalability, integration of modern technology infrastructure, ergonomic considerations and sustainable practices in line with JFKIAT’s environmental goals. The project is structured in multiple stages, including discovery, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding and construction administration, ensuring a phased approach that maintains operational continuity during renovations.
