Hithium Tech USA Inc., a subsidiary of Xiamen Hithium Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., is establishing its first North American production facility in Mesquite, Texas.
The 483,874-square-foot plant, located within the 20 East Trinity Pointe Business Park, will focus on the assembly of battery modules and complete systems for the battery energy storage system (BESS) market. With an anticipated annual production capacity of 10 GWh, the facility represents a significant investment in the US clean energy sector. The project is expected to create 141 manufacturing jobs over the next five years, contributing to the economic growth of the Mesquite area.
