This confidential data center project involved a multi-phase build-out and select site development of a built-to-suit data center facility. The project supports a confidential global retail client’s ability to provide the best cloud computing services to meet customer demand.
The scope of work spans a diverse range of technical and support spaces, including secured entry areas, data halls, catcher rooms, mechanical and electrical ancillary rooms, storage areas, circulation corridors, conference rooms, office accommodation, as well as staff washrooms and shower facilities. WT provided Cost Consulting services including the delivery of a full suite of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services, utilizing benchmarkable data and industry best practices.
