The Clackamas County Courthouse Replacement project addressed the limitations of the County’s aging 1937 courthouse through a new 257,000 SF, 16-courtroom facility delivered via a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) public-private partnership (P3). The new courthouse consolidates judicial functions and houses the District Attorney, Civil Sheriff’s Office, Department of Human Services, and other essential civic services.
WT provided award-winning, comprehensive services across the project lifecycle, including P3 advisory, program and project management, cost management, and delivery oversight. Our role included stakeholder engagement, program validation, RFQ/RFP and payment mechanism development, and support through design, construction, and financial close.
