Tim Roberts joined WT in 1993 as a cadet quantity surveyor and today is an Executive Director and valued member of WT’s Board.
With more than three decades at WT, Tim has played a significant role in shaping the business and contributing to its long term success.
In February 2026, Tim was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Essendon Football Club, one of Australia’s most recognised sporting organisations. Alongside this role, Tim continues to serve on WT’s Board, providing strategic continuity and ongoing stewardship as the business builds on its strong foundations.
Tim brings deep strategic insight, strong leadership and a clear focus on long term value creation. He has led and overseen large and complex projects across all major industry sectors, including aviation, commercial, healthcare, hotel, industrial, infrastructure, residential, retail and sporting facilities, throughout Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
