Since starting his career with WT in 2014, Stephen has played a leading role in the successful delivery of more than US$1.8 billion in capital projects.
As Associate Vice President, Stephen’s versatile skill set spans Cost Management & Quantity Surveying, Project Delivery, and P3 Advisory.
Stephen’s portfolio includes Oregon’s first P3 courthouse – the Clackamas County Courthouse, the landmark UC Merced 2020 Project, and Student Housing West: Hagar & Heller Housing at UC Santa Cruz.
With a background in civil engineering, Stephen brings a methodical, detail-oriented approach to every project.
