Philip is a founding member of WT in North America, having driven the firm’s successful entry into and expansion within the Canadian market. Today, he serves as Chief Operating Officer for Canada.

Philip leads national operations and project delivery across Canada, with a focus on strategic growth, technical excellence, and long-term client value. He oversees WT’s core services: Cost Management & Quantity Surveying, Project Delivery, and Infrastructure Advisory. He is a key architect of WT’s strategic growth across the continent.

His leadership has been pivotal in transforming WT into a recognized and trusted advisor in the North American infrastructure and real estate landscape. He has led high-impact engagements on some of Canada’s most complex projects, including the Edmonton Valley LRT, Burnaby Hospital redevelopment, and the Ontario Court of Justice.

He also spearheaded the recent acquisition of SSAQS, a leading cost consultancy, marking a significant milestone in WT’s continued growth and its expansion into Western Canada.

Philip is widely regarded for his vision, technical expertise, and ability to cultivate long-term client partnerships. His leadership has been instrumental in establishing WT as a trusted, expert-led firm with a growing reputation across North America.
