Paul is a Director with over 30 years of experience in providing leading Cost Management & Quantity Surveying services in Canada. Paul joined SSAQS in 2008 and became an owner and Director during his tenure, playing a key leadership role in the company’s growth prior to its acquisition by WT.
He oversees a diverse portfolio of healthcare, residential, and public & civic developments across Canada, including large-scale hospital projects and long-term care facilities, supporting both public and private sector clients.
Paul is recognized for his ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams through challenging capital projects, consistently delivering cost certainty and strategic value. His deep industry knowledge and collaborative approach continue to support the successful delivery of major infrastructure across the region.
