As Chief Operating Officer for the US, Matthew leads WT’s strategic operations across a growing portfolio. He drives innovative solutions that deliver long-term value and support high-performing teams.
Matthew oversees WT’s operations throughout the US, leading multidisciplinary teams across Cost Management & Quantity Surveying, Project Delivery, and Infrastructure Advisory services. He develops effective strategies that support the planning, development, and execution of complex projects across the built environment.
Bringing over 25 years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors, Matthew previously served as President of Capstone Development Partners, where he established a new property and asset management company and played a key role in the successful pursuit and delivery of numerous projects. His areas of expertise include public-private partnerships (P3), operational planning, and asset management.
He has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of major projects, including the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED), the award-winning Clackamas County Courthouse, and a wide portfolio of higher education campuses and student housing developments.
Matthew thrives on helping clients solve complex challenges and deliver transformative buildings and infrastructure that create meaningful, lasting impact for their organizations and communities.
