Karl joined WT Partnership in 2025 as a Vice President, bringing with him over a decade of international experience in cost management, commercial advisory, and project delivery. Originally from Wrexham, Wales, Karl has built a diverse portfolio working across the UK, Middle East, Central America, and the United States.
Prior to WT, Karl served as Director at a prominent engineering and professional services firm, where he led the growth of the Project and Program Services within the Corporate Real Estate sector across New York and California. He began his career in the UK as a Quantity Surveyor with a global construction services company and spent five years abroad delivering complex developments in Riyadh, Dubai, and Costa Rica.
Karl holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Salford and is known for his hands-on leadership, storytelling approach to data, and passion for elevating client outcomes through collaboration. Now based in New York City with his wife Danissa, daughter Penelope, and their two pugs, Coco and Yoda, Karl can often be found exploring the city’s vibrant food scene when not keeping tabs on the numbers.
