As Senior Vice President, Jose leads multidisciplinary Infrastructure Advisory teams to assess, procure, and implement infrastructure projects through alternative delivery models such as public-private partnerships and design-build. He has developed a reputation as a trusted and transparent partner in the industry.
Jose has contributed to the development of high-profile projects such as the award-winning Clackamas County Courthouse, the University of California Merced’s Campus Expansion, and Michigan’s I-75 Modernization DBFM project.
He brings extensive experience as a technical and procurement advisor, specializing in the transportation and public and civic sectors. Jose’s engineering background enables him to understand design and construction constraints, identify risks, and translate technical nuance into actionable strategy.
