Jona plays a key role on high-profile projects such as the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District, where he manages P3 procurement processes and liaises with state officials to ensure alignment and transparency. He also supported UC Santa Cruz’s Student Housing West P3, providing financial closeout oversight and cost tracking during the predevelopment phase.
