Jon is a leading advisor shaping Canada’s most vital public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure projects. With a reputation for leadership, technical rigor, and strategic insight, he plays a pivotal role in driving complex infrastructure initiatives that deliver long-term value to the public.
Jon brings over two decades of experience in infrastructure delivery and is the Senior Vice President leading the Infrastructure Advisory services. Since moving to Canada in 2011, Jon has contributed to major P3 projects across healthcare, transportation, education, public and civic, and workplace sectors – consistently delivering high standards of technical assurance and project integrity.
One of Jon’s most significant roles was on the C$8.25 billion Eglinton Crosstown LRT project, where he served as Independent Certifier. His deep understanding of project delivery and stakeholder dynamics has made him a respected leader in the field of infrastructure certification and compliance.
He is known for his practical, solutions-focused approach and for building trusted relationships that support timely, high-quality project outcomes.
