Since joining WT in 2010, Heather has built an accomplished career in Cost Management and Quantity Surveying, defined by technical excellence, strategic insight, and client-focused delivery. She brings extensive expertise in cost planning, value management, estimating, billing compliance, and budget oversight.
Her project portfolio includes major initiatives such as the Port of Seattle’s Capital Development Program, the Midfield Satellite Concourse South at LAX, and the Colorado Laboratory & Innovative Manufacturing Building (CLIMB) for biopharma leader Umoja.
Today, Heather leads WT’s team in Los Angeles, where she focuses on large-scale commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects and data centers for Fortune 500 tech companies nationwide.
