Gavin serves as Director, bringing over 35 years of expertise in steering high-impact projects across Canada, Ireland, and South Africa. He joined SSAQS in 2003 and became an owner and Director during his tenure, playing a key leadership role in the company’s growth prior to its acquisition by WT.
He has contributed to a wide range of public and private sector projects across British Columbia, Alberta, and the Northwest Territories. His sector experience is diverse, with recognized expertise in healthcare, education, and residential projects. He has successfully led cost consulting on projects ranging from CA$1 million to more than C$700 million.
Gavin continues to be a trusted advisor to ministries, health authorities, and school boards, consistently delivering accurate cost planning, effective change management, and rigorous financial accountability across all phases of construction.
