Bridey drives public-private partnership (P3) and real estate innovation, heading WT’s Honolulu office as Senior Vice President.
Bridey joined WT in 2016 in Melbourne, Australia, and has since risen to the role of Senior Vice President, successfully establishing and leading the firm’s Honolulu operations. She plays a central role in business strategy, client relationships, and leading her growing team.
She serves as the project executive on WT’s largest commission to date – the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED program), a major P3 and mixed-use sports and entertainment venue celebrating the culture of Hawai‘i. Her leadership spans the full lifecycle of project delivery, including infrastructure advisory and project management office services.
With a career foundation in whole-life cost modeling and P3 advisory across the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the US, she brings a global perspective to delivering infrastructure that meets both commercial and community needs.
