Annie David is a senior leader in Cost Management & Quantity Surveying, bringing over two decades of experience delivering commercial advisory, cost control, and dispute resolution services across complex projects, based out of WT’s Vancouver office.
Annie has led cost management and pre-construction services across a wide range of delivery models, including IPD, Progressive Design-Build, Construction Management, Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build. Her work spans aviation, public & civic, healthcare, residential, commercial & workplace, industrial & logistics, and municipal projects, supporting owners, developers, and public authorities from early feasibility through delivery and close-out.
With deep expertise in alternative delivery, procurement strategy, and commercial risk management, Annie is known for providing clear, pragmatic advice that supports informed decision-making, cost certainty, and value for money. She has held senior leadership roles overseeing multidisciplinary teams, client relationships, and financial performance, while mentoring and developing high-performing cost consulting professionals.
Annie is a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Gold Seal Certified (GSC), and a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators (International), and a Board Member of Canadian Construction Women (CCW), bringing a strong commercial and contractual perspective to every project.
