Andrew has led the successful delivery of landmark projects across North America, including the Port of Seattle Cost Estimating IDIQ, the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) project, and key data centers and campus infrastructure projects for Fortune 500 tech and finance institutions.
