Alex delivers strategic guidance as a trusted Lenders’ Technical Advisor on North America’s most complex public-private partnership (P3) projects.
As Associate Vice President, Alex leads the delivery of pre-bid and transaction-phase Infrastructure Advisory services within the Lenders’ Technical Advisory (LTA) team. Specializing in public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure projects, he provides financial institutions with critical insights through comprehensive reviews of capital costs, construction schedules, operations and maintenance strategies, payment mechanisms, and technical risk profiles.
Since joining WT in 2020, Alex has worked on notable projects such as Michael Garron Hospital, the Scarborough Subway Extension – Advance Tunnel, and the Macdonald Block Reconstruction. His background includes significant project experience across Canada’s public and civil, transport, and healthcare sectors.
Alex plays a key role in strengthening WT’s advisory capabilities across North America, contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation in complex infrastructure delivery.
