Colorado appoints WT as key P3 advisors

Denver, Colorado

Denver, CO – The State of Colorado P3 Unit has hired a roster of technical advisory teams to transform unused and underutilized state real estate into valuable assets. Technical advisory firm WT and team partners Hayat Brown and Broadband Group have been appointed to assist the unit.

With a focus on creating affordable housing, enhancing behavioral health services, improving access to childcare and supporting broadband expansion, the WT team will support the Colorado P3 Unit with exploring public-private partnership opportunities.

As reported by Partnerships Bulletin, Tom Kurek, director of the P3 Unit, said he was “looking forward to collaborating with our new team members as we explore the exciting opportunities ahead in 2025 and beyond”.

The agency started the search for advisors in October of 2024, in an effort to help provide “innovative thinking” and assist with “all phases” of P3 project preparation and tenders.
