WT Partnership’s Australian practice has made a number of key promotions to strengthen our capacity to strategically support our clients Nationally, whilst building our capacity in key markets in Melbourne and Brisbane, including:
Craig McHardy, Executive Director
Craig has been appointed to the Australian Board of Directors in the role of Executive Director. His nomination was endorsed at WTP’s annual general meeting in October. Craig joins Nick Deeks, Tim Roberts, Phil Anseline, David Stewart and Jason Thornley on the Board.
Craig is responsible for business development, client liaison and management on a wide and diverse range of services with particular emphasis on feasibility analysis, project procurement, cost planning, value engineering, contract documentation, contractual claims and Principal Consultant services.
Craig is based in our Brisbane office.
Jason Thornley, Executive Director
Jason has been appointed to the Australian Board of Directors in the role of Executive Director.
Jason commenced his career working in various roles for commercial building contractors in the south east Queensland construction industry before joining WTP in 2000.
Based in our Brisbane office Jason has significantly enhanced WTP’s reputation as a leader in the cost management of infrastructure, retail, major fit out projects, mixed use and major commercial projects.
Jason is also manages WTP’s operations in India.
Timothy Isaac, Associate Director
Tim studied in Brisbane and joined WTP in 2003 whilst completing his bachelors’ degree at the Queensland University of Technology.
Tim has an exceedingly strong interest in the retail sector and has vast experience in Conceptual Estimating from the earliest phase of a project through to Detailed Cost Planning and in the preparation of Bills of Quantities.
Tim’s promotion from Associate to Associate Director indicates his commitment to growing his career with the practice.
Tim is based in our Brisbane office.
Adam Adkin, General Manager | Facilities Management | Advisory
Adam began his career with WTP’s UK practice where he developed his skills as an FM advisor to major clients such as RBS where he provided Facilities Management Advisory services to national Repairs and Maintenance contracts across the UK.
Adam joined the Australian practice in 2013.
Adam has a wide and varied experience which covers the establishment of FM contracts, procurement processes and operational FM including contract administration and auditing services.
Adam’s promotion from FM Advisor to General Manager is in indication of his success in adding further depth of the practice’s capability in the FM space.
Adam is based in our Melbourne office.
Justin Hall, Associate
Justin joined WTP in 2007 following and early career with a contractor,
Justin has experience across various sectors and disciplines within the commercial construction industry. He has strong negotiation and analytical skills coupled with experience on both the contractor and client side of major projects ranging from residential, commercial, education, infrastructure, health and aged care.
Justin’s promotion helps signal WTP’s commitment to building a strong and experienced team.
Justin is based in the Melbourne office.
Sam Alexander, Associate
Sam joined WTP as a cadet in 2001, after spending two years as an estimator for a domestic builder / developer. In 2005 Sam spent time working for a leading quantity surveying firm in Canada before returning to WTP’s Melbourne office.
Sam specialises in commercial office accommodation projects. However he also has significant experience across other sectors including court room fitout, heritage works, multi residential developments, data centres, airport terminals, aged care and retail projects.
Sam’s promotion is an indication of WTP’s commitment to delivering consistent, senior support to major national clients.
Sam is based in our Melbourne office.
William Sim, Associate
William joined WTP following a decade working in Malaysia, Singapore and the UK.
He has a successful track record in the financial and contractual management of multi-million dollar projects, covering all sectors; retail, leisure, industrial, office, residential and civil engineering developments. However in recent years he has further refined his capability in the residential sector working with multi-national clients on landmark projects across Melbourne.
William also acts as superintendent and is skilled in project procurement strategy, helping developers to achieve their aims of a successful project outcome within budget and time.
William is based in our Melbourne office.
