WT expansion continues with addition of Development Expert Ruben Rodriguez
Leading advisory firm WT welcomes Ruben Rodriguez, Vice-President to Developments group.
AUSTIN, TX — WT Partnership (“WT”) announces the appointment of industry veteran Ruben Rodriguez as Vice President – Developments. Rodriguez is charged with the enhancement of resources and services to serve clients, both public and private, in real estate development and asset improvement. Austin, TX based Rodriguez hails from the United Kingdom and has led teams to success during his 25 years in the United States.
A 35-year veteran of the construction industry, Rodriguez has worked for developers, public agencies, contractors and global consulting practices. His knowledge of all components contributing to success in development, and his deep relationships in the industry have led clients to trust and depend upon his expertise throughout his career.
WT brings over $50 billion dollars of integrated delivery experience in the past 20 years. WT has had its roots in the United Kingdom and Australia from its founding in 1949 – since growing across the globe. Ruben’s role will include strategic direction, planning and delivery of development services, extending the relationship as trusted advisor to clients from conception to completion and operations and beyond. Adding to and leveraging the already impressive resources of WT.

The appointment of Rodriguez comes amidst a flurry of new hires for WT in 2019 so far.
