UC Santa Cruz is undertaking a major housing initiative. The Student Housing West project is part of President Napolitano’s system-wide initiative to build 14,000 beds across the UC by 2020. The UCSC initiative was announced in December 2016.

WT Partnership assisted the Hawaii Department of Accounting and General Services (“DAGS”) and the facilities operator, The Hawaii Department of Public Safety (“DPS”), in managing the OCCC project’s planning and procurement effort. Our role included providing ongoing advice and guidance on project delivery and financing options which is currently envisaged to be an alternate delivery mechanism involving design / construction / financing and maintenance for the development.
