WT Partnership provided P3 Advisory on the proposal.
WT Partnership is providing Lenders Technical Advisory services for the $1.4bn I-75 Modernization Project.
WT has been selected to work as cost consultants on the $1.8 billion project that will involve eight high-priority road upgrades, almost 30 kilometres of duplicated lanes and more than 700-lane-kilometers (435 miles) of road rehabilitation and maintenance for 20 years across Melbourne’s west. This is the largest single investment in arterial roads in Australia to date.
The 7.6km transit expansion to the Winnipeg Southwest Transitway will link the existing line to the University of Manitoba and IGF Field.
The Project will be inclusive of a new GO Station Parking Structure and Mobility Hub to accommodate GO service, GO and MiWay bus services and future connectivity to the proposed Hurontario LRT system, in addition to upgrades to existing rail platform access at the Cooksville GO Station and the Rail Corridor. As the scope of work is to take place within an active rail corridor, there will be significant staging and sequencing to allow for uninterrupted operations.
The MGH project consists of the design, construction and financing of approximately 560,000 SF of a new patient care tower, including the construction of a new 8 storey tower, a 3 storey podium, two levels of underground parking garage. The Project includes approximately 120,000 SF of renovation works within the existing hospital.
The addition of the patient care tower will include approximately 26,700 square meters of new health care facilities and will significantly improve access to services, and improve patient care through the consolidation of programs currently distributed throughout the hospital.
The Project will result in the construction of approximately 655,000 square feet of new build space, which will include: 235 in-patient beds; ambulatory programs; the relocation of the emergency department to the Queen Street site; research and educational facilities; information and resource facilities; and site improvements, including parks and green space improvements.
The City of Edmonton has contracted with TransEd Partners (comprised of Bechtel, EllisDon, Bombardier, and Fengate) for the Design, Construction, Financing, Operation, and Maintenance of Stage 1 of the Edmonton Valley Line Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project in Edmonton, Alberta.
