WT APPOINTS SENIOR ADVISOR IN SANTA MONICA, CA.
Leading advisory firm WT welcomes Matt McCleary, Senior Advisor to WT’s National P3 Advisory group.
SANTA MONICA, CA — WT Partnership (“WT”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt McCleary, PMP, as Senior Advisor (P3 Advisory) to their growing U.S. national presence. Joining from Alvarez & Marsal – Public Sector Services, Matt adds real estate advisory and project delivery expertise to the firm’s National P3 Advisory practice. With experience across various real estate and infrastructure engagements, Matt will help meet increasing demand for WT’s services across North America.
Matt brings over 18 years of relevant P3 experience to WT, having worked for both public and private entities in the areas of real estate and market evaluation, as well as developer solicitations, project management and delivery services. In addition to his exposure to the P3 environment, Matt has also acted in the roles of City Manager and Planning Director informing his understanding of the public sector’s various needs and the currently challenging environment, of delivering much needed infrastructure improvements.

Matt joins as a Senior Advisor to support WT Partnership’s role delivering the University of Texas at San Antonio’s integrated delivery program and the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District in Honolulu. Matt commented;
