WT hires Muni-Advisor to bolster growing NYC Practice

Leading advisory firm WT welcomes Alexandra Hilgeman, Senior Advisor to expert P3 Advisory group.

NEW YORK CITY, NY —WT Partnership (“WT”) is pleased to announce the hiring of Senior Advisor, Alex Hilgeman to their growing NYC office. In her new role, Alex Hilgeman will take on helping WT lead and deliver a broad range of P3 advisory services throughout the transaction phases of our projects. .

Alex joins WT Partnership with more than $50B in experience guiding municipalities through financial transactions and procurements. In her prior role as a certified municipal advisor, Alex was involved in numerous public infrastructure financings, ranging from higher education dormitories to airports and mixed-use developments. At WT Partnership, she will leverage her knowledge of P3 and alternative project financing methods in developing transaction documents and procurement evaluation methodologies for clients.

Alex joins as a Senior Advisor to support WT Partnership’s role delivering the University of Texas at San Antonio’s integrated delivery program.  Alex commented,
