As part of SeaTac International Airport’s Concourse C development, the Port of Seattle is developing a dynamic, performative and sustainable expansion to its C1 building. The last decade has seen rapid passenger growth, which the 110,000-square-foot expansion extension is designed to accommodate and is complimented by an amazing destination retail experience, whose rich array of local shopping and eateries will attract and retain passengers.

Designed by Woods Bagot, a global firm with a world-class aviation portfolio and Miller Hull, an internationally recognized architecture firm rooted in the Pacific Northwest and known for sustainable design, the C1 Building Expansion will significantly elevate the airport’s customer experience. The projected completion date is 2027.

WT is actively providing cost estimating support services on projects under the direction of Capital Development at the Port of Seattle. Based on-site at the SeaTac International Airport, WT continues to provide a full suite of project cost, controls and procurement management on the airport’s airside, landside, terminal and utility development program.
