Senior Cost Manager

I joined WT Partnership in 2018 as Cost Manager. My past research on Mobile Augmented Reality Systems and BIM, which began in the Midwest US, led me to working for global construction consultancy leaders and major real estate developers in Hawaii and now Seattle, WA. Throughout my career I’ve developed a deep understanding of construction and technological advances in cost estimation to support team growth, while at the same time improving my own skill set.

Prior to joining WT Partnership, I worked as a cost manager for the North American division of one of the largest real estate development companies in China. My role there included cost management, bidding & contract management and procurement. This working experience provided me with a better understanding of the role that each party involved in a project plays and what an owner/developer really wants from a consultant.

As a cost estimating professional, I take pride in providing accurate, reliable service to clients and thrive in not only cost estimation, but also in a project management capacity. My experience includes work on notable projects across the U.S., ranging from educational, commercial, hospitality and recreational properties to public infrastructure.

Since joining WT, the most rewarding part has been working with such an amazing and easy-going group of people from whom I can learn so much. Currently, I live in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square neighborhood with my dog Momo.  When I’m not keeping busy with work, you can find me sporting a Celtics jersey out on the basketball court.
