The Patient Care Tower project will take place in two phases. The first phase constitutes of the Patient Care Tower – this will include the design and construction of single-patient rooms that will modernize the Royal Inland Hospital’s standard of care congruently ameliorating working conditions. The second phase, Phase 2, will focus on the renovation and expansion of the emergency services department and the addition of new parking stalls. The Project plans to demonstrate it’s commitment to environmental sustainability and green buildings as it aims to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification.
WT Partnership will be the Independent Certifier for the Project.
