In 2021, I joined WT’s Cost Consulting Advisory team as Vice President and New York office lead. As a quantity surveying professional, I take great pride in adding value to projects, utilizing best practice techniques and thrive in complex project conditions, where I can utilize my expertise to form solutions and deliver results.

With extensive sector experience, from ground up construction, to CRE renovation, I am confident in providing advisory services, with clear decision making driving my service provision, aligned with my client’s requirements and project objectives.

I have a proven track record of leading successful delivery on notable projects, including the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, USTA Arthur Ashe stadium retractable roof, plus various CRE projects for high profile tech and financial clients, including the North American Campus for Barclays Bank. Prior to WT, I was the Director of Construction at a major multi-national development firm and the Lead Project Controls Manager at a world class construction consultancy.

My most rewarding project ever undertaken was during my tenure as Lead Project Controls Manager while working on the 9/11 Memorial for an 8 year period. The project was especially challenging and complex, with the project duration extended on several occasions, adding to the human and emotional toll of what we were working to rebuild. However, once the project was finally completed, it was incredibly rewarding from a professional and personal perspective, to have been a part of such an impactful and symbolically important project.

As a UK expat living in NYC with my wife and two children, you can find us exploring the city, or watching and playing football (soccer) when I’m not keeping busy with managing my clients’ construction budgets.
