The new adult mental health and addictions facility will be constructed onto the existing Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s and will replace the existing Waterford Hospital. The project includes a 240,000 SF, 6 story, 102 bed hospital facility, parking garage with space for 1,000 vehicles, and a new 60 bed hostel to replace the Agnes Cowan Hostel.
