Associate Director (Cost Consulting)

Based: Toronto

With a solid foundation in traditional quantity surveying, I joined WT Partnership in 2016 as a Project Advisor, where I’ve specialized in cost management and cost control across all project phases. From land acquisition through to final completion, maintenance and refurbishment, I’ve had the opportunity to support a wide range of development projects and gain a complete picture of the construction industry. My previous 20 years of work experience as a cost consultant was informed by working for a leading global industrial real estate developer, for more than 10 years. This unique experience provided me with a profound understanding of how a project is initiated and what matters from a client’s perspective. Additionally, my work with construction cost consultant companies, as well as contractors with project portfolios spanning industrial project, office building, shopping mall, residential building, and hotel and infrastructure projects, has allowed me to successfully assume the varied roles of project coordinator, site manager and quality inspector.
