Project Advisor (P3 Advisory)
As Project Advisor, I’m responsible for overseeing and supporting the delivery of pre-bid and transaction phase P3 Advisory services as part of Lenders’ Technical Advisory (LTA) services, leading the delivery of post-transaction services as Independent Certifier (IC), and serving as Project Lead for large-scale infrastructure projects.
I joined WT Partnership in 2019 to support the growth and expansion of the brand in North America. Since joining WT, the most rewarding part has been the interaction with an outstanding and supportive team, as well as participating in major projects such as Highway 104 in Nova Scotia, Kipling Bus Terminal, and Cooksville Go Station; both located in the Greater Toronto Area.
Prior to WT, I finished my studies in Civil Engineering Technology at Seneca College and further proceeded to complete my Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University (LU). As an engineer, my biggest satisfaction is to see how a project comes alive from drawings and theory to an actual infrastructure, I always use the analogy that a project is similar to having a child. My skills include strong analytical thinking, scheduling, budget allocation and in-depth knowledge of Design/Building techniques; skills that have been proven to be beneficial during my role in WT.
When I am not working or visiting any site, you can find me in the streets of Toronto trying amazing restaurants, or in any Fitness Club rocking the workout and playing some basketball!
