Senior Advisor (MEP)
In 2019, Joseph Cadden joined WT Partnership’s Seattle Washington office as a Senior MEP Estimator. Today, as a Senior Advisor and member of WT Partnership’s North American Team based at the Sea-Tac International Airport, Joseph has been involved in construction in a variety of MEP roles, as a line level installer, contractor, project manager, electrical inspection, commissioning, cost engineer and forensics estimator. Joseph specializes in CIP estimating, changing orders and claims. Project experience spans over a variety of projects including aviation, light rail, (Systems, OCS & 3rd rail) water/wastewater, data centers, higher education, healthcare, Hi-tech, electrical substations, power plants, horizontal and vertical commercial retail, TI, residential, K-12, and government. Project costs range from diminutive to mega in size.
Over the course of Joseph’s 40-year career, Joseph has developed a strong technical background and extensive experience in estimating, cost planning, cost engineering, value engineering, and the mentoring of staff. Joseph has always maintained a strong drive to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients while working on exciting landmark projects.
In Joseph’s off hours, you can find him woodworking, hiking, kayaking or just hanging out with family and friends.

Most rewarding project undertaken:
My most rewarding project to date, was during my tenure with the US Army Corp of Engineers as part of the Construction Management for the $ 1.5 Billion Utah Data Center “Mission Critical” Project: 2010 – 2011 I received two (2) “Awards of Excellence” and a “Certificate of Appreciation” which was awarded to me by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District, Utah Area & Williams Residence Offices in performance of my duties for USACE and the Utah Data Center Project; saving the project over $28.0 MM.
