Senior Advisor
Based: Honolulu, HI

I joined WT Partnership in 2019. As a Senior Advisor to the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) project in Central Oahu, Hawaii. I support the delivery team throughout the transaction, design review, and construction phase of the project using data, insights, and analysis to maximize project potential.

Prior to joining WT, I gained a unique blend of experience as a project manager, engineer and cost estimator for a Hawaii based general contractor for nearly 3 years. As a project manager and engineer I was tasked with developing project plans, scopes, budgets and objectives while building client-contractor relations. From residential luxury homes to entertainment shopping centers to commercial warehouses; I directed and managed projects through all stages of development. In the realm of cost estimating, I was responsible for reviewing drawings, specifications and scopes of a wide range of public, private and commercial developments.

In 2017, I graduated with a B.A. in business finance with a focus in real estate. My educational background in commercial finance and real estate, paired with professional working experience in construction management and cost estimating, is heavily utilized in my current role at WT. Understanding project deliverables, strategic planning, budgets, milestones and processes has been critical in providing value here at WT.

Outside of work, you can find me outdoors hiking, fishing, golfing, going for runs or just barbecuing with friends at the beach. If I’m not outdoors you can find me either at the gym working out or planning my next traveling destination. I love a great time with great friends and making new ones!
