Meet Heather

Associate Vice-President (Cost Consulting)
Based: Santa Monica (CA)

In 2010, I joined WT Partnership’s Brisbane, Australia office as a Cadet Quantity Surveyor whilst undertaking a Bachelor of Urban Development (majoring in Quantity Surveying) at Queensland University of Technology.
I relocated to North America with WT in the summer of 2018. Today, as an Associate Vice President and cost lead of WT Partnership’s North American Team based in Los Angeles, CA, I’ve been involved and lead a variety of cost projects including: Commercial TI, Biopharma/Life Sciences, K-12, Higher Education, Professional Sports and a major Public Private Partnership (“P3”) project at the University of California.

Over the course of my 13-year career, I have developed a strong technical background and extensive experience in cost planning, budget monitoring, billing compliance, value management, and estimating. I have significant client account lead experience, providing cost consulting services from project conception through to post construction completion, adding considerable value to preconstruction cost planning efforts for our portfolio clients. I’ve always maintained a strong drive to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients and have been rewarded by working alongside fantastic teams and developing life-long friendships, all while working on exciting landmark projects.

When I’m not delivering budgets and cost plans, you can find me planning my next adventure, enjoying the sunshine at the beach, watching Disney movies, or headed to a concert!
