The Calgary Air Traffic Control Tower is a significant infrastructure project located at the Calgary International Airport (YYC) in Calgary, Alberta. The tower stands at 300 feet (approximately 91 meters) tall, making it one of the tallest structures in Calgary and the tallest air traffic control tower in Canada. The tower is equipped with state-of-the-art air traffic control technology, including advanced radar systems, communication systems, and monitoring equipment to ensure safe and efficient management of aircraft movements within Calgary’s airspace. The project emphasized energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, integrating green building practices and materials where feasible.
