Senior Advisor (Project Delivery – Construction Management)
Based: Los Angeles

I have over 35 years of superintendent, project management, and construction management experience across the country. While with WT, I have been a vital part of of the one of the largest, most complex social infrastructure projects undertaken in the US to date, the UC Merced 2020 project, which saw the Merced campus expand to support a significant increase in student intake, including enhancements to academic, administrative, research, recreational, student residence and student services buildings, utilities and infrastructure.

As a Southern California construction market expert, I have additionally completed several high specification residential/hotel projects, including the delivery of a 220-unit apartment complex outside of San Francisco, as well as a 12-story, 317-room luxury hotel in San Diego.

Prior to joining WT Partnership, I provided project management services at Continental Development Corporation, a real estate development and construction firm with assets located in Southern California. I was responsible for several building renovations at Skypark Medical & Business Park in Torrance, California. Other completed projects include adaptive reuse properties, new retail developments for BevMo in Manhattan Beach, and a 60,000 square foot office and photo studio for Source Interlink, the owners of Motor Trend and Hot Rod Magazines.

I was also a Senior Superintendent with Swinerton Builders in Los Angeles. I was responsible for all on-site construction activity including job scheduling, trade coordination, safety, site documentation, and managing a working relationship with subcontractors, architects, owners, and city building departments. My project experience includes high-end commercial buildings, retail complexes, parking structures, entertainment venues, and large-scale high-rise office class “A” tenant improvements.
