Meet Alicia

Associate Vice-President (P3 Advisory/Project Delivery)
Based: Toronto

I initially joined WT, and the P3 Advisory and Project Delivery service lines, as a Project Advisor in 2018. I took on the role of Associate Vice-President in 2022, working out of the Toronto office. In this position, I am responsible for delivering and overseeing the technical delivery of WT’s Independent Certification (IC) services. This includes generally, agreement compliance monitoring, construction risk identification, payment certification and dispute resolution on public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure projects across Canada, with focus to drive on-time and on-budget delivery.

I have worked in the industry for almost a decade, previously as a residential design coordinator and commercial project manager and will be endeavouring the PMP certification under the PMI imminently.

I look forward to continuing to support WT’s expansion across Canada and growth throughout WT North America. Outside the lovely life of contracts and reports, you will find me binging on true crime documentaries or podcasts, catching some shut eye (I can pretty well nap anywhere – it’s an odd gift), spending time outdoors or locally volunteering.
