Associate Vice President (P3)
Based: Toronto

As an Associate Vice President, I oversee the delivery of pre-bid and transaction phase advisory services as part of WT’s Lenders’ Technical Advisory (LTA) team. This includes providing in-depth reviews and analysis of project costs, schedules, operations and maintenance regimes, payment mechanisms, and security packages for financial institutions on Public-Private Partnerships (“P3”) infrastructure projects.

In addition, I work with WT’s greater P3 advisory team to support the growth and expansion of the brand in North America. Prior to joining WT, I worked at a large cost consulting firm on a selection of infrastructure projects throughout Canada in the social, civil, transit, and energy sectors.

I am a graduate of Ryerson University where I majored in Urban Planning and completed internships at the Toronto Parking Authority and Metrolinx.

Since joining WT, the most rewarding part has been the interaction with an outstanding and supportive team, as well as participating in major infrastructure projects in Toronto such as Michael Garron Hospital and the Macdonald Block Reconstruction.
