Leading advisory firm WT welcomes Matt Turnbull as Associate Vice-President within their national cost consulting group.

SEATTLE, WA— WT Partnership (“WT”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Turnbull, as Associate Vice-President (Cost Consulting ) to their growing North American practice.

With 13 years of MEP and Cost Control expertise in the Seattle market garnered by work on iconic projects for the A list of tech (Amazon, Google, Facebook, Microsoft) with notable, international construction cost consultancies( Faithful + Gould, Davis Langdon, AECOM), Matthew adds a substantial and diverse array of experience to WT’s Cost Consulting presence. Mr. Turnbull has worked across the Commercial, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Higher Education, Aviation and Residential housing sectors and will be an invaluable asset for supporting the ever-growing demand for WT’s services across North America.

In addition to Matthew’s MEP Estimating capabilities, he has been able to leverage his strong finance and accounting skills for Seattle’s premier Real Estate Developers (Seneca Group and Vulcan) showing excellent ROI by providing project control services including construction cost substantiation, contractor buyout, change order review and auditing.
