Bridey’s P3 experience covers both sides of the transaction and all stages of the construction process. Spanning her 20-year career, Bridey has written P3 specifications, managed P3 procurements, undertaken technical due diligence as a Lenders Technical Advisor as well as acted in an Independent Reviewer role assessing relevant construction milestones and certifying D&C payment claims. She is also experienced in project and program management to public and private sector clients.
