CitySwitch is Australia’s leading sustainability program for office-based businesses, covering almost three million square metres of floor space. Members have embarked on 1,463 sustainability projects this year and have reported an average accredited NABERS rating of 4.5 stars.

WTP were the first CitySwitch signatory to commit to a NABERS 6 Star Tenancy rating without green power, and they have maintained their leadership position for 3 straight years. In fact, year on year they have continually improved their energy productivity, and based on NABERS data they remain the most energy efficient tenancy in Australia.

Steve Hennessy, a Director of WT Sustainability, praised the hard work of Nick Deeks (MD of WTP) and Gary Mayor, who drove the original fit-out project, and the WTP staff that continue to play a major role. “To be leaders in this space requires vigilance. Every kW counts. You can’t underestimate the importance of user buy-in, and we are fortunate that WT staff are so committed to efficiency”

The tenancy was the subject of a recent CitySwitch Case Study. If you would like more information follow this link or call Steve Hennessy on +61412963031
