The New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) project will be introduced to the market at the Convention, Sports and Entertainment Facilities Conference (CSEF) on May 16th.

Engaging Early

The NASED Project will be among the first examples of a fully comprehensive social infrastructure Public-Private Partnership in the United States. The project sponsors believe it will garner international attention and are committed to a on-going high level of engagement with industry to refine the pathway for this critical project.

To participate in the very first industry engagement, complete the 1-to-1 session request form below.

Where's the details?

The project is being developed with a high degree of engagement, as such, less information is available to share publicly than typical market sounding or Request for Information processes.

We recognize that whilst interaction with the market is invaluable, we do not want the development of different ideas or concepts to conflict with other statutory processes such as the Environment Impact Statement consultation.

Our aim at CSEF...

...is to share key insights to the history of the project site, the vision for the future and garner feedback and engagement on how the market perceives the opportunity. This will then be fed into our development planning of the project structure and procurement approach.

It is clear that transactions that are shaped and developed with the market deliver markedly better results.  This is the first of a series of interactions that will take place with the market over time.
