MAKING THE DREAM WORK
The 2018 Summit is about teamwork.
We want to recognize and reward the incredible work of the WT team,
as well as work as a team to help define the next steps in our incredible journey of growth.
What is the format?
INTERACTIVE
This isn’t a management retreat…
…it’s about everyone in our team – including their nearest and dearest – and taking time to consider how each of our talented team members can help up build a diverse and resilient culture in our business.
What is involved?
ENAGEMENT
We’re going to spend time together as a group. We will also go through how the business is performing, what our goals are and also work interactively to define key areas of focus for our group as a whole. We’ll also have some help in the from of some industry leading coaches, but more will be revealed later!

Directions
From the Bay Area & Sacramento Area
- From San Francisco travel East on Interstate 80 for approximately 185 miles (3 hours) or
- From Sacramento travel East on Interstate 80 for approximately 105 miles (1 hour 45 minutes)
- Take Highway 267 Exit #188B – which is the new by-pass route. This is just after the last Truckee exit
- Travel South on Highway 267 for approximately 6 miles
- Turn Right onto Highlands View Road
- Travel up the road for 2.9 miles turning left at the sign to our Hotel which is located at:
- 13031 Ritz-Carlton Highlands Court, Truckee CA 96161
Reno/Tahoe International Airport
- Exit Airport and merge onto US-395 North – continue for 1.7 miles
- Take Exit 68 toward I-80/Sacramento/Elko – continue for 0.2 miles
- Merge onto I-80 West via the exit on the left toward Reno/Sacramento – continue for 31.7 miles
- Take Highway 267 Exit #188 – which is the new by-pass route.
- Travel South on Highway 267 for approximately 6 miles
- Turn Right onto Highlands View Road
- Travel up the road for 2.9 miles turning left at the sign to Hotel which is located at:
- 13031 Ritz-Carlton Highlands Court, Truckee CA 96161
From South Lake Tahoe/Stateline via East Shore
- Travel East on Lake Tahoe Blvd/Highway 50 for approximately 12 miles
- Turn Left onto Highway 28 toward Incline Village – continue for approximately 18 miles
- Turn Right onto Highway 267 – continue for 6 miles
- Turn Left onto Highlands View Road
- Travel up the road for 2.9 miles turning left at the sign to our Hotel which is located at:
- 13031 Ritz-Carlton Highlands Court, Truckee CA 96161
From South Lake Tahoe/Stateline via West Shore
- Travel West on Lake Tahoe Blvd/Highway 50 for approximately 3 miles
- Merge onto Highway 89 North through Emerald Bay for approximately 27 miles
- Turn Right onto Highway 28/N. Lake Blvd. – continue for approximately 9 miles
- Turn Left onto Highway 267 – continue for 6 miles
- Turn Left onto Highlands View Road
- Travel up the road for 2.9 miles turning left at the sign to our Hotel which is located at:
- 13031 Ritz-Carlton Highlands Court, Truckee CA 96161
