WT PROJECT WINS BIG AT 2024 P3 AWARDS
New York, NY – The construction industry’s biggest and most prestigious celebration of excellence in public–private partnerships (PPP), The P3 Awards (https://www.p3awards.com) awarded the Social Infrastructure of the Year Award and the Environment Impact Award to WT project Clackamas County Courthouse.
2023 was an exciting year for WT, having served as the prime technical advisor for two of the largest, most complex P3 projects in the US, Clackamas County Courthouse being one of them. In addition, the firm acted as the owner’s representative for the largest student housing project currently under construction in the US and provided Lender’s Technical Advisory and Independent Certifier services for numerous transportation, healthcare, justice and education P3 projects across North America.
Members of WT’s expert North American team attended the awards ceremony, held October 24th at the Edison Ballroom in New York City.
