WT NOMINATED FOR technical advisor of the year

New York, NY – The construction industry’s biggest and most prestigious celebration of excellence in public–private partnerships (PPP), The P3 Awards (https://www.p3awards.com) has shortlisted WT for Technical Advisor of the year.

2023 was an exciting year for WT, having served as the prime advisor for two of the largest, most complex P3 projects in the US. In addition, the firm acted as the owner’s representative for the largest student housing project currently under construction in the US and provided Lender’s Technical Advisory and Independent Certifier services for numerous transportation, healthcare, justice and education P3 projects across North America.
